Offering Yoga, Aerial Yoga, Meditation and Sound Healing. This is one of the most amazingly beautiful spaces I've ever had the privilege to be a part of and I highly recommend that you check it out!
Dallastown Borough Building in Dallastown, PA 175 E. Broad St. Offering classes to a group of long time students but open to new students as well! The support and love from this crew of long time students and friends is amazing!
Of course I also teach special classes and workshops right here in Berlin and Ocean City MD, Fenwick and Bethany Beach DE and surrounding areas. I travel a fair amount to teach and for pleasure... lucky me! I also sub for other teachers quite a bit. Sometimes opportunities come up quickly so I don't always have a chance to update this site with my out of town classes/workshops. The best way to keep up with me is to go to the Contact page, join my mailing list, find me on social media, call or text! Texting is the quickest way to get a response. Thank you for the opportunity to connect, I have dedicated almost half of my life to serving through yoga, it is my greatest joy!

So much gratitude to all of the Aerial Yoga Teacher Trainees who have spent their weekends with me training to be teachers! So far over 40 beautiful souls have trained with me and now they are on their way to being knowledgeable, creative, qualified Aerial Teachers!
A heartfelt note of thanks to all of the PA Yoga Studios that host me when I travel home. These studios support my classes, workshops and trainings on an on-going basis. They welcome me to offer anything I want to share, as I continue to grow in my own practice and teaching. I have dedicated half of my life to this journey and there's so much more to learn and share! To all who support me from the studios that offer space to the students that come to practice, learn and grow on their own path, my gratitude is deeper than I could ever express.
